The Fluence edged the second-place Tesla Roadster and several hydrogen fuel-cell cars for the top honor in the Electric Drive Production category, reserved for cars currently in production. Race officials calculated the so-called well-to-wheels carbon output of each car over the course of the circuit.     The rally begins and ends at The Governor’s Land development on Two Rivers Road in western James City County (2711 Two Rivers Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185). The rally begins with an odometer calibration leg to allow competitors to adjust their odometers for any variance between their odometer and the official mileage as defined by the rally master.

    The rally master used a 2005 Cayenne S in his calculations. This section is followed by a number of sections to be navigated by the competitors.
