All maintenance records available from day one , Always garaged and covered, Fully loaded, Ice cold A/C, Looks & runs great, Low mileage, brand new OEM Michelin PS2 tires, No accidents, Non-smoker, Second PCA owner, both of which took great care of this special 911. Perfect both inside and out. Paint quality perfect. Original Window Sticker, manuals, and all purchase documents. This is only one of the 1963 of these 911’s ever produced. A perfect specimen of a 911 40th edition model. No surprises or stories. RMS issue corrected by RaceWerks on 19 Sept 2010. No IMS issue and clutch in perfect condition.

Sorry to hear your are way out there in the heat but you'll be back soon. Let me know if you want someone to take your 997 for periodic runs to keep the oil flowing. I am possibly looking at a newer 997 S model of a GT3 is the price is right. who knows but I can only have one at a time according to Donna... but that really makes sense. Take care and stay in touch.
