Weekday Richmond Breakfast? 11 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I have been trying ot make it to the Western breakfast for about a year now. I have 3 children under 4 so my wife is rode hard and put away wet after a week of chasing wee ones. The weekends are precious. Is there any chance of a smaller breakfast meeting at 8:00 a.m. on a Mon-Fri?

I've been restoring a 1986 Porsche 944 NA for quite some time. It is about 90% done at this stage. Poor man's porsche but wanted to save her from an auto grave. I have Kevin at Autowerks doing a current review of the restoration job to date.

I would like to get more involved with the FSR community and participate in more events, but I am seriously struggling with the small children.

Let me know if anyone has any interest meeting during the week.

Doug,

Felt your pain before and still in a similar position. I'm sure someone might be able to meet for breakfast during the week, but if you'll give me a call, I'll be happy to share my strategies with you, so that you can get out to our monthly breakfasts...As a father of two with a physician wife taking weekend calls, I've gotten pretty good at it

Doug,

I think your issue is a common one among members with small children. it's not unusal to see some members bring one of their children to breakfast. Spouses are welcome also. Don't know if that would work for you?

I will make sure Bud Syme , our VP for the western area, who leads the monthly breakfast is aware of your desire to be more involved. Perhaps Bud can determine the feasability/flexibility for an alternate or additional breakfast meeting.

Have you tried a jewelry bribe yet?
