11th Annual Driver Education Day At VIR
Join the Shenandoah Region PCA and Mark Cooke of Euroclassics Porsche for this popular one-day DE at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) near Danville, VA on Monday, October 8, 2012 (Columbus Day). Participating in the Yellow or entry level group is a great opportunity for drivers new to the track to get to know their cars, test their abilities on a real racecourse, and enjoy lots of track time. This run group will be led by a pace car and no passing will be allowed. Advanced run groups are available for seasoned SOLO drivers.
Registration is $295. This includes a free pre-event tech inspection of your car at Euroclassics Porsche in Midlothian, VA (Additional parts or labor that may be needed can be purchased from Euroclassics.) and a free lunch at the track. Pre-event tech inspections are required for all cars. Drivers may take their cars to another service facility of their choosing but will need to compensate that shop.
