About Us

The First Settlers Region’s members share the love of Porsche cars, the company of good friends, and the desire to share our experiences with both. We do lots of things:

  • Drive our cars and show them at concours events
  • Enjoy social gatherings and organized driving tours
  • Gather for monthly breakfasts in Chesapeake, Williamsburg and Richmond
  • Sponsor a variety of charity events
  • Host high performance driver education training on a racetrack
  • Conduct restoration and technical sessions.
  • Host a Tire Rack Street Survival safe driving school for teens
  • Chair a national level Porsche Club Race at the Virginia International Raceway

Whether your preference is driving at high speed on a racetrack, cruising the country roads to a nice spot for lunch, looking at the underside of your car on a lift, raising money for charity or enjoying a nice meal and conversation with friends, the First Settlers Region has it all.

Our Newsletter-Magazine, Horizontally Opposed, tells our stories and provides an insider view to everything Porsche. We know the unbridled joy that a Porsche can provide, and we’ve built a community around that very feeling. The Porsche Club of America offers driving experience, technical assistance and camaraderie second to none. If you’re as obsessed as we are, join our club today.
