Drivers Education Minimum Standards
The PCA Driver Education Committee, in conjunction with the PCA Executive Council, has developed a set of Minimum Standards to be used as a common set of safety-based rules upon which to build and improve regional DE programs, National Instructor Training Schools and High Performance Driving Clinics. These standards have been designed to be basic in nature with an emphasis on proven safe practices, and they are designed to be used for regions that wish to tailor their own programs to their entrants. Regions or Zones may have more stringent rules, but none more lenient.
