Historic Pharsalia Tour

Join the Shenandoah Region PCA for a scenic driving tour, lunch, and a tour of Pharsalia, an antebellum plantation nestled high on the slopes of de Priest Mountain in Nelson County with spectacular views of the Tye River valley, orchards, and vineyards. Many of the plantation’s original dependencies remain including the brick kitchen, laundry, slave quarters, and ice and smoke houses. Pharsalia is only open to the public by group reservation or for private events, so join us for this special opportunity to experience one of Virginia’s grand old homes.

RSVP’s and payment in advance are required by Monday, July 23. Visit the Shenandoah web site at http://shn.pca.org for more details, including links to online registration, maps, and driving directions.
